Welcome to Sanity4Life. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of our boat charters. By using our site and/or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Use

This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful content.
We reserve the right to restrict or block access to our website at our discretion.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and videos, is the property of Sanity4Life unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

3. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By submitting a booking form or inquiry, you consent to us using your contact information to manage your booking and communicate with you.

4. Booking & Deposit Policy

All confirmed charters require a fifty percent (50%) deposit at the time of booking.
The deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due on or before departure of charter.
Minimum booking notice: two (2) days before the desired date.
Maximum booking window: eight (8) months in advance.

5. Rescheduling Policy

A twenty-five (25%) rescheduling fee (based on the charter rate) applies for date changes requested by the client.
All date changes must be requested at least seven (7) days before the scheduled departure.
Rescheduled bookings must be used within twelve (12) months of the original date.
If rescheduling is due to bad weather or medical emergency, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date during your stay, or you will have twelve (12) months to re-book without penalty.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than seven (7) days before departure will result in loss of the fifty percent (50%) deposit.
Cancellations within seven (7) days of the scheduled charter will result in one hundred percent (100%) loss of the total charter rate.
Guests canceling within seven (7) days may choose to reschedule to any available date within twelve (12) months.

7. Weather & Safety

Safety is our top priority.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we may reschedule your trip within twelve (12) months at no extra charge.
Final decisions on weather-related cancellations are made at the captain’s discretion.

8. Charter Rates & Overtime

Rates cover the hours specified at booking.
Additional time is charged at USD $650 per hour or part thereof, payable on the day of the charter.

9. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must arrive ten (10) minutes before departure.
We require a list of guest names and ages prior to departure.
Children under three (3) years old are free of charge.
Guests must follow all crew safety instructions.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all website content is error-free.
Sanity4Life is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our site or participation in our services, except where required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
